Dr. Frank Lynch, Chancellor of Frank Lynch University (www.fluni.org) and founder of Franksheros.org (www.franksheros.org) and frankskids (www.frankskids.org) reports that finally, after 33 years of news coverage and politicians lying about energy independence, alternative energy and renewable energy, with absolutely nothing getting done, “WE THE PEOPLE” finally have a chance to do something!
The chance for ordinary people to ACT is novel. For more than half a century our government has slowly reduced the ability of Citizens to change anything.
Now Dr. Frank Lynch has created a way for WE THE PEOPLE to actually change things!

Franksheros.org is now a national movement circulating a forceful, almost brutal petition threatening to recall our elected officials is they fail to pass the law stated in the petition. The franksheros.org law states that (1) oil companies must change all gas stations to renewable energy in less than five years; (2) oil companies must invest half their pretax, predepreciation profits in alternatie energy every year; (3) car companies must make only alternative energy vehicles within five years and (4) if deadlines are not met, the entire board of directors and senior management of the oil and car companies go to jail.
